Welcome to Chez LaRae.  I am LaRae and am a self-taught baker and cook.  Born in South Korea and raised in Minneapolis, MN by parents with Norwegian roots. I have a BA in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. I currently am based in Portland, Oregon.
